This place used to be great. I came in one weekend and got the dip powder with tips like usual. After 4 days one of the tips broke off so i went back to get it replaced. The main guy says they will fix it for free if they become damaged before 2 weeks. I came to get it replaced and the girl who was doing my nails did a horrible job. She seemed mad she wasn’t getting any money due to the free replacement so she was very rough and the tip didn’t even connect to my nail.Not to mentioned the fact that the shape is horrible compared to my other nails. I used to love the place now i probably won’t go back.

Very nice. I get the full set with gel and it lasts about 3.5 weeks. They’re really sweet and professional. We’ve been going for months and I leave satisfied. This set was $70 and I think it was worth it.

This is going to be long.. I came in a couple weeks ago with my mother in law on a Sunday to keep her company during her regular nail fill. I impulsively decided to get a full set and pedicure not realizing what time they closed, which is my own fault. What I had an issue with was that they told me it was no problem, it could be done instead of telling me to come back another day.

I have been going to Natural Beauty Nails for several yrs and have recommended to friends and family. Unfortunately the quality of their work has gone down considerably not to mention there is always a 45min to an 1hr wait. I am there no less than 3 hrs which is ridiculous. The staff has been reduced down to 7 or 8 nail techs. Nails are not done as nice, gel is thick, filing is uneven. I thought maybe the nail technician was having a bad day but when it happened the last 3 visits, unfortunately I needed to find another nail salon.

The only thing that ever deters me from this salon is how AWFUL the customers behave and the way they treat the staff. Critical: Quality, ValueClumpy nails! Usually when I go to this place they do a very good job, and that is why I did not give them one star. I must have gotten a new tech today because she did a very poor job. She even cut underneath the nail bed of my left thumb!! The way this tech put the gel on so my nail was incorrect. She put the gel on very THICK and it became bumpy on the nailbed. When you put gel on a nail you’re supposed to use a thin layer and make it smooth. That is with the man who works here does on my nail, but it’s too bad everyone wants him to do their nails. Now I see why. Instead she made my nails clumpy. Also she did not file my nails the same. Some are straight, some are wavy, but I even have a pinky that is filed at an angle??! I was not happy with the work and I did not want to leave the nail technician a tip. I don’t know why I feel bad for her and let her keep $1, but I really should not have tipped!!Clumpy nails!
