She is an old school knowledgeable cosmetologist, who means well. However, there is a reason why her prices are so low. I had called the day before to receive a quote for a particular service. She asked me to write a note for the service under another since it wasn’t listed separately. Also, she did inform me she would be working on a client but coild still squeeze me in which I was happy for and I agreed to. Unfortunately, she did not have share a definite set price which I realized at the end of the appointment when she came up with a price on spot. Throughout my service though she was very friendly but was unable to perform the service in a timely matter because she constantly was thrown off track talking with other clients in the room. My hair was not fully clean having hair grease in it (as I had unknowingly thought my hair needed to be slightly unclean for the hairstyle I wanted to do). I was wrong, and she corrected me which was okay and I welcomed openly. My biggest problem with her is that she made it a point to discuss it over and over again in front of other clients. To me, if you aren’t comfortable then why take the job? I would have understood if she couldn’t!

I am so glad we found Kink Dreamz.My daughter has a very tender head and we have had issues finding someone who can be patient and gentle enough for her. But Whitley dose a wonderful job with kids, and her work is %100 top quality. She takes her time and is consistent with her work. I highly recommend her!
