I had a consultation with Alexxa first. She listened and lended her professional advice and opinions when I asked. She is lovely and professional and caring. I left the salon, so so happy with my cut and perfect, absolutely perfect color she achieved for me. The salon is lovely and relaxing I felt completely rejuvenated when I left. This was my first time going to this salon. I went in for a hair cut. I wanted to go from fairly long hair to shorter. I told the stylist that I didn’t want my hair cut shorter than my collar bone and I wanted layers. I also told her that I wanted to easily be able to put my hair in a pony tail. What I ended up with was my hair completely cut above my shoulders with so many layers in the back that I can’t put all my hair up in a pony tail without the bottom falling out. The hair style looked good when styled but it was definitely not what I asked for. Really disappointing.
