Very rude and disrespectful I will not recommend this shop to anyone. While trying to schedule to come get my hair braided I received attitude and one price then when I confirmed the style, length, price Etc she switched up and just flat out lied. I wouldn’t recommend this shop there are plenty nearby that do a ten times better job. Who acts like that to a client or potential client? That will definitely run customers away. Oh well their lost!

I went here to get butterfly locs and had to come back to get them redone the next week because of how much they unraveled. When it was time to take my locs out, it was nearly impossible! I called the shop and spoke to the owner, she said they don’t do butterfly locs and I had to send her a picture of her doing my hair. She told me she would have to charge me to take them out even though I told her she didn’t install them correctly! I couldn’t take them out if I wanted to. I decided to take them out myself. It took me 2 1/2 days just to take out my chunky butterfly locs. I lost so much volume in my hair and my edges. I have to grow my hair out all over again. Please do not go here. They choose money and deceit over respect for their craft and quality. They do not care about the health of your hair and accommodating your hair type. Choose somewhere else!

I went in to get conrows so I can comfortably place my wig. OMG. The conrows are on flick. This is the best conrows I’ve ever had for a longggg time. I called at the last minute and asked to come in. When I got there I was seen immediately! The ladies were very kind and honest about my expectations and what could actually be done, and more importantly, my tech, Valerie, was VERY gentle on my head. I am extremely tender headed, but was dosing off the entire time! Meaning, I wasn’t on pain. I will be bringing my daughter ❤

So I’ve been here several times and every style that i get comes right down a week later, they would not fix it all. So my mom decided to go get her hair done and I told her not to go but she did. They cut her hair and she has some long her hair and of course they didn’t fix it.
