Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI don’t recommend this nail salon. They are extremely slow and their work is horrible. I’ve been on 3 occasions and 2 out of the 3 I was extremely disappointed. Now I will never return. My last experience, I told the nail tech that I wanted glow in the dark nail polish and because she was too lazy to find the polish she lied and said they didn’t have it available. She got am attitude when I insisted on the polish and she finally went to get the one I requested.Wednesday, I went to get a fill in and pedicure with gel polish and on Thursday, all the polish on my nails started bubbling up and peeling off. I went up there and talked to the owner or manager and asked if I could come for the repair on Friday (today). When I arrived, I waited for over an hour to be seen while several people who came after me got serviced first, all to be EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED! The nail tech only used one coat and barely any clear and now the black is semi see through and not nearly as shiny as the silver. I spoke with the manager again and all he said was wait for a minute. I expressed my disappointment and advised that I wanted a portion of my money back because my time has been wasted multiple times. He refused to oblige my request and could only offer for me to continue to wait again for him to look at my nails. Nevertheless, I left the salon extremely disappointed and will NEVER return. I plan on forwarding this complaint to the BBB and board of cosmetology. It’s time to normalize not settling for mediocrity and demanding better service because they don’t hesitate to charge you top dollar for your service!**UPDATE**I did end up going back a final time and talked with the owner. I don’t recommend this nail salon. They are extremely slow and their work is horrible. I’ve been on 3 occasions and 2 out of the 3 I was extremely disappointed. Now I will never return. My last experience, I told the nail tech that I wanted glow in the dark nail polish and because she was too lazy to find the polish she lied and said they didn’t have it available. She got am attitude when I insisted on the polish and she finally went to get the one I requested.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueSo the photo with the gold design is what I wanted. You can see what I ended up with. I inquired about getting the clear nail with the gold inside and was told it wold be $80. I said it’s was too steep for me. The lady said it cost so much because the gold had to be put in manually and it’s hard to do. I asked how much it would be for just the clear nail without gold like the picture. The lady told me it would be $40 to which I replied that’s better for me. After completing my pedicure I sat in the chair with the lady who discussed the price with me and she handled me very aggressively. When using the grinder and filer for my nails she was extremely rough.( I said ouch to send a message cause you knew you were hurting me. (No manicure has ever been that aggressive) This young lady had several conversations going on as well distracting her from doing the job efficiently. Now I have a nail design I did not want, with uneven nails and a few crooked fingernails. I just wanted to post this to warn the next woman who expects more. I will not be returning to this salon. So the photo with the gold design is what I wanted. You can see what I ended up with. I inquired about getting the clear nail with the gold inside and was told it wold be $80. I said it’s was too steep for me. The lady said it cost so much because the gold had to be put in manually and it’s hard to do. My polish was clunky looking from the beginning and my nail tech took short cuts to try to fix my polish damage and it still came out looking sloppy. I hate having to point out that their our issues especially when they don’t fix it right even after pointing it out.
