Critical: QualityBased on a previous review, chose Rose to cut my curly hair while visiting the area for a few weeks. Rose is a very nice lady but she did not cut my curly hair properly (she said her daughter and granddaughter have curly hair) as I have to now use a curling iron to control the ends that stick straight out (I’m usually a wash/wet and air dry kinda curly). She also told me I shouldn’t grow out my gray (4 months since last color) and refused to cut my hair shorter as I requested. It’s been almost 2 weeks since my visit and my curls are just a mess. Based on a previous review, chose Rose to cut my curly hair while visiting the area for a few weeks. They screwed up my entire appointment after I had spoken to them a whole month in advance because it was for prom. I walk in and tell them who I’m supposed to be meeting with and they sat me down. I waited 40min after my scheduled appointment. I asked why I hadn’t been seen and that’s when they told me that my stylist was busy and that my whole appointment had been scheduled incorrectly for the day before. I left and ended up having to do the look on my own for my senior prom night. Terrible service. Terrible experience. I will never give them my business

Today was my first time going to this salon. The place was busy inside and I just wanted a trim on my long hair, nothing fancy. Automatically I was taken by a nice lady, and she did an excellent job. I only had to pay $10. Plus the tip of course. I would definitely return to this Salon again.
