I’ve had the Natastic twists and box braids. Fatima and her staff are fast, efficient, painLESS and care about not just the health of your hair but also your overall experience while being serviced. I’ve recently moved out of Atlanta for my job and fly in to get my hair done. The Natastic experience is worth EVERY dime. I’ve never been disappointed. I’ve been coming to Natastic Hair Salon since 2017, early in the business. From the very beginning the service was impeccable! The owner, Fatima, greeted me with such warmth and a genuine desire to give me top notch service. I’ve ALWAYS been so very pleased with the outcome of my hair. I’ve had the Natastic twists and box braids. Fatima and her staff are fast, efficient, painLESS and care about not just the health of your hair but also your overall experience while being serviced. The natastic twist are light weight, manageable and safe for people who may have hair loss issues. I’ve been using them for a year now, and I plan to continue! Critical: ValueI loved my hair for the first week. After the first week I started losing a considerable amount of braids and my hair was looking like it had been installed for 6 weeks and not 3. Now, the owner did refresh the ones that has slipped or was about to slip which is why I gave her 2 stars. However, that still didn’t last long. Not to mention paying 500 for an install with synthetic hair is simply overkill, and 40% for refresh is just not the business. Never again! I loved my hair for the first week. After the first week I started losing a considerable amount of braids and my hair was looking like it had been installed for 6 weeks and not 3.
