The pretty and simple decor, along with the open layout, brings a calm vibe. The owner, Hong, is extremely kind. She always makes me feel welcomed and somehow manages to remember all the details of her clients lives, constantly checking in and makes you feel comfortable. Love my nails every time. I have been coming here since it opened and it’s like a second home. It’s very clean inside and all the equipment/ tools are always sterile. The pretty and simple decor, along with the open layout, brings a calm vibe. The owner, Hong, is extremely kind. She always makes me feel welcomed and somehow manages to remember all the details of her clients lives, constantly checking in and makes you feel comfortable. Love my nails every time. I’m never afraid to say if I want something a little different or fixed. They care more about YOU loving your nails, which is huge. Highly recommend!

I was very very happy with the services, the staff are very professional and kind, and very very patient with the kids. Hong the owner, on point with everything, making sure that we enjoyed every second of the times. Will definitely have another event at Natalynn.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWish I could less than 1 Star. I got my nails done there today. Called to make an appointmentt for 2:00pm for a full set. Got that with gel polish today which should already be a good sell. Got Hong (owner) in the front left and am utterly disappointed & unhappy with the job that was done. Again I made an appointment, so I didn’t just walk in. In total this full set with gel polish took 30 minutes. That’s absurd and a good job could not have been done in that amount of time. First of all she was on her phone the first few minutes and did not talk hardly at all. Her demeanor was very rude and unpleasant. She did not touch my cuticles or do any kind of manicure with this which I would have paid for (I obviously needed one). Polish is not covering the entire nail on the edges and she did not have me rinse my hands after filling, just painted the gel over the rough areas. She was very rough with pushing my hands around. She also did not do lotion or anything at the end. Just did a very poor and careless job on a full set of acrylics and gel paint and sent me on my way in 30mins, with dry hands and awful cuticles. They do not look good and I will have to get these done again elsewhere before the before Saturday. I have a wedding to go to.. which I am not pleased with. Wish I could less than 1 Star. I got my nails done there today. Called to make an appointmentt for 2:00pm for a full set. Got that with gel polish today which should already be a good sell. Got Hong (owner) in the front left and am utterly disappointed & unhappy with the job that was done. Again I made an appointment, so I didn’t just walk in. I went in with a powder dip already on my nails and the lady didn’t even soak them or file them down to get the old ones off she just started clipping at them from the cuticle and then took a fake nail and shoved it under the old powder to get it off my nail. By doing so she broke my natural nail on my pinky and thumb. It hurt like hell and when I said that hurt she continued going. When I said she broke my natural nail she was then trying to charge me for tips to be put on. Plus she had an attitude the whole time.
