I went here to get my hair colored and they charged me $380!! She didn’t want to do what I originally wanted because she said it wouldn’t turn out good and then didn’t want to do the next thing I wanted because it would take too long and didn’t have that color and then the third thing I picked which I got she didn’t want to originally do because it wouldn’t look natural. Then charged me $380 for it. It was 2 colors. Just fyi don’t go here if you want something specific and don’t want to pay an arm and a leg!

I love Natalie Salon, Over the years the owners have remembered my preferences. One, they always let me sit and soak my feet and use the wonderful chair massage for about ten to fifteen minutes to relax before they start. Like I said this is my preference and they remember each time. The pedicures are wonderful and last a long time. I would recommend this place!

I went in for a hair cut my hair is really short and i just wanted a simple layer and a color. Im not sure what her name was but i end up loving it the only problem was my hair length as short as it was i thought it would be cheaper. I did got some face wax too and still didnt think it would cost me $300+. Never had i ever been to a hair salon that i had to pay over $100 but it was too late and pay for it.

Natalie’s is consistently good in their treatments with friendly, fast staff. They always fit me in and charge very reasonably. Salon is large, clean and nicely decorated. Love chatting it up with the ladies while they’re doing a lovely job on my nails. Will keep going back!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe absolute WORST salon experience of my life. Chloe absolutely butchered and destroyed my hair. She was in such a rush, just slapping bleach into my hair and dropping it all over my sweater…. she was so ROUGH she yanked one of my earrings out…. she literally just put a garbage bag over me for protection and used cold water to wash my hair. I asked for highlights and they turned out so awful. She tried to fix it with some weird ombré thing and then had the audacity to try and charge me $380. I shouldn’t have paid a single cent.
