The consultation with the stylist was rushed and the stylist tried to push different things onto us than what my family and I wanted. When she cut my sister’s hair, it was uneven. When she cut mine, she didn’t shampoo it or wet it (a stylist is supposed to wet a client’s hair to make the hair completely straight and even) and she didn’t cut off all of my dead ends. My mother’s hair turned out white in some places and the stylist didn’t color all of the hair, leaving some grays. My mother wanted an ash brown color, but she got blonde streaks and choppy-looking hair. The stylist was rough with all three of us (she pulled our hair when she brushed it). She was not very kind and she rushed throughout the whole process. When a person goes to the hair stylist, they are supposed to be relaxed and have a good time, pampering themselves. We were not comfortable.
