We use L’Oréal INOA Ammonia-Free Fragrance-Free Oil-Based Color In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed. All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a correction free of charge. Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past the initial service date. Natalie did a great job cutting, bleaching, and coloring my hair purple! At first, I was scared the color would come out too dark. However, in the end her technique of lightening my dark, Asian hair thoroughly impressed me and exceeded my expectations. I’ve been going to Natalie for 1-1/2 years. She does beautiful cuts, but her specialty is really color. I have thick, coarse Asian hair that can tend to get brassy if colored incorrectly. I’ve never had that issue with her, and her color lasts months without needing a touch up.

I’ve been wanting to fix an old dye job that faded and grew out for a while. My sister found Natalie’s page and sent it to me, and I decided to try it out. I texted Natalie about my current hair situation and pictures of what I wanted, and she was very clear and straightforward about the process and what she can do to best achieve what I wanted with the least damage, as well as an approximate quote. She was also really helpful with accommodating my schedule and contacted me as soon as she was able to squeeze out a slot for me. Throughout the whole process, she was very clear with explaining what she was going to do and making sure I felt okay. Natalie is an absolute wizard of color! I went to her first in 2018 to do my cut and color for my wedding and I have never seen such masterful color matching. I told her just generally that I wanted a red color and she chose for me this beautiful red with violet tones that went so well with my skin and wedding color scheme. Recently I decided to go a little lighter with a caramel color and she impressed me again with a beautiful color that I was so surprised was achievable without bleach. Her balayage painting is so detailed and grows out seamlessly so that even a year later (yes I’m lazy), the ombre effect looks natural and blended.
