I’ve gone to Natalie Nails for a couple years and I honestly don’t know why I keep going back. It’s hard to find anyone who does a good job anymore. But today was the last time I will go. I asked for a new set and while take off the acrylic she ripped my nail and left a deep cut, then proceeded to try to GLUE IT like it never happened. Completely unsanitary and could cause issues. I immediately stopped her and said I wasn’t going to proceed in the process of getting the new set. She then told me the cut was already there under my nail!!!! Unbelievable. Then charged me $15. I’m baffled at the service I just received. Left a bad taste for my girlfriends and I and will not be returning.

Fast service. The male tech was great! He did my pedicure. The woman tech did my gel manicure. It is terrible. She was terrible. Manicure below mediocre. The picture from Pinterest is what I asked for but more coffin shape. No gel – just asked for a regular polish pink clear coat on top. This is what I got. They charged me $50 for something I get many other places in Spokane for $30 or less and are WAY better anyone else. I ended up painting them because they looked so bad and we’re yellowing. I went here for the first and only time. The guy did not say a word to me and cut me a lot. The picture from Pinterest is what I asked for but more coffin shape. No gel – just asked for a regular polish pink clear coat on top. This is what I got.
