went in for a fill, she made all of my nails different lengths. 2 days later i needed two repairs (i never break nails so i’m assuming it was the acrylic she used) and not only messed up the lengths again, she made my two nails that needed fixed different shapes.

streaky application, and on my mothers nails she asked for them to be shortened and reshaped to coffin. The woman barely cut them and said she did not want to mess too much with another nail artist’s prior work. That is square not coffin. Kept speaking over my mother when she tried to tell her what she wanted.

My wife and I went here to get mani/pedis. It was a bit busy when we arrived so we had a fifteen minute wait which was no problem. We walked around until they called and said they were ready for us. My wife had Ana doing her pedicure and manicure. She did a great job on both. She was especially impressed with her manicure and the way she painted and did her simple design. I had a new girl name Thary. She was good but shy. She definitely needs more practice with manicures on the painting and design aspect. She did an excellent job on my pedicure strong hands for such a tiny woman. We may be back.

Run in the other direction..not worth a penny. I got my dauughter a full set for the first time. The nails were soooo thin and flat. There was no support like there should be (support bead) a nail popped off within 4 hrs and then the next day another popped off and one cracked. What a horrible experience. Wanted to charge $65 but then went to $55 because I said you quoted $55. Then I got my toes done and the pedi price was $22. The lady next to me paid $ 25 and when they rang me up it was $45.The sign was $22 and then they never gave me anything like most salons to choose what type of pedi or any price differences. How disappointing. Not worth the money. They had a no refund sign.. Now I know why because their work is trash and must have a lot of complaints.

The worst nail experience I’ve ever had. Not only do my nails look horrible, but the girl doing them, Jen, was rude! These nails look like they are a week old and none of them on either hand have the same length or shape. When telling her what I wanted she tried to tell me what I “should’ve” done to which I replied, no. She kept telling me they were hard to paint and do because I asked for them short. They are lumpy, crooked and uneven, I just hate them.

I did not like it. It was over priced. You can tell in face I didn’t like it and they did not care to fix it . Poorly staffed. I was asked to come back in 30mins for a manicure and pedicure. I did, and the receptionist promptly asked me to return in 45 minutes as she seated people I watched walk in after me.
