She welcomed me so warmly, I was instantly comfortable. She was kind and educated me on my hair. I needed a lot of hair cut off however she allowed me to make the call where I was comfortable getting cut off. I put it all in her hands and I am so glad I did. Weave Shampoo and style

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI saw Natacha to consult about tape in extensions but was leaning more towards a sew in weave in hopes my hair would grow faster while protected from the elements. Natacha was late for our 2:30 appt time and when I asked her about a weave, she said she wouldn’t do it on me because, in her exact words, “I don’t think you would like it” I can tell there were incorrect assumptions being made about me, what I knew about the technique, and what I liked, and because she didn’t know me, that was wrong. She also talked about how the amount of hair required was going to be expensive, which was not an issue, only an incorrect assumption again by Natacha. In reference to tape in, she applies them, but said she doesn’t offer move ups or maintenance on them, which doesn’t make sense. I felt like my time was being wasted but I continued to kindly entertain the conversation until the end of our consult. She recommended an extensions supplier but couldn’t remember the name during our consult, so she text it to me after I left, and I chose not to respond or entertain the idea at all. Our consult lasted 23 minutes. After the initial negative review I left for Natacha regarding this experience, she replied with a 100% fabricated story filled with lies about me and our encounter. She falsely accused me of having bad hair, open sores all over my head, she said I verbally assaulted her, and stayed 1 hr and 35 minutes BEGGING her to do my hair, as if she’s the only stylist in the world… Those are only a few of the lies she told. This would be too long if I posted them all. She even lied about things I have written proof are not true, which was quite comical. So I would not be surprised if she does this again on here. Either way, my response to having even a single lie posted publicly about me will be met with the same response as before. I have saved all texts and taken screenshots of all the lies she has told about me. I refuse to sit back while someone lies in an attempt to make me look crazy so nobody will believe my review. I only wish Natacha had reached out to me to apologize for my experience, then I may have updated my review to be more positive. Instead, she chose to make things worse by posting lies. Because of my hair damage, it took Natacha a while to get my hair treated and styled. She also put extensions in my hair and even helped me pick out the best hair to get the look I was wanted. She was very patient and took me step by step on how to manage my hair in the future. I am very pleased and would highly recommend her to anyone. Over the years she has colored my natural hair and given me extensions, while maintaining the health of my natural hair. My hair is actually longer and healthier than it has ever been thanks to her! She also has the most wonderful personality and goes out of her way to make sure her clients are completely satisfied with their hair.
