Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI made an appointment because of my facial skin changes after a Hysterectomy and dry skin.I first walked in the front door and was not greeted by a friendly staff.Once they called me back to the room,it was two ladies and I thought I had a personal appointment with Ashley and it was two ladies.Not one time did they even evaluate my facial skin and never even acted interested ,and immediately just handed out samples of a product to use and product prices to buy.They were not at all professional and did not seem to have any real experience in skin care other than handing out a product.From start to finish I will never go back to them.I choose them because of my office being on Trolley Rd as well and for convenience reason but never again.The office did not have an inviting feeling.I made an appointment because of my facial skin changes after a Hysterectomy and dry skin. …More
