I have been going to this place of business for years ..at least 4 …on recommendation from a co-worker . Every single person and tech is lovely and professional . I have never had a problem in any visit and the lashes last for weeks !!! And yes , the foot massages make it even better ! I’m not sure why anyone has a problem with tipping . This is a normal procedure and 20% tip was never asked of me , because I gave from the beginning like any person would for these services ! And a tip for a wonderful foot / leg massage is totally worth it to me !! The woman who answers the phone / is a reception is one of the nicest people I’ve met for client service . I truly love and enjoy all of my time spent at Nash’s Lashes !

My lashes looked great! I was really comfortable while I got them done, the process took about a hour and some change. There is a lady that gave a 10-15 min foot massage while you get your lashes done (BEST PART). I would’ve considered going back but i was forced to tip the technician. I already included a $15 tip on the receipt for the lash tech and a $7 cash tip for the foot massage , but the woman at the register basically pressured me to change it to $25. My lashes were great but I wouldn’t dare step foot in there again, that made me very uncomfortable.

Decided to give this place a shot as it was the only salon available to take me in last minute. Prior to making my appointment I was told that the classic lashes are $120, and a lash removal fee is waived so I scheduled to go in a day later. The technician showed me two different lashes, I let her know that I wanted a fuller volume look – and she suggested I try the more expensive set which is $150 as they were lightweight and looked/last longer so I agreed. She removed my existing lashes, then applied the new ones. The process took about an hour and 15 minute, which at any other place usually takes 90 minutes. When she finished, I looked in the mirror and noticed that there is barely any lashes on . Having gotten lashes done many times before, i already began to feel like this was the biggest waste of money but unfortunately i didn’t have much time to argue. The tech explained that “ next time” it will look fuller. Upon checking out, the lady at the front desk informed me that in additional to the $150, i had to pay $20 because it took the tech longer to complete my eye lash removal. I let her know my discontent , she couldn’t care less – the only response was “sorry” and as i was in a rush to leave I paid the undeserved $170. Then she had the audacity to ask me “ what about the tip” , at which point I got upset and walked away as they stood and shook their heads at me. This by was is the worse establishment in CT, please do not go and waste your time or money. The lashes fell two days later, it’s a joke.

I have been a long time client of Judy and followed her from Posh to Nash’s Lashes. Everyone at this location is talented and I have never had a bad experience or had any discomfort from my lashes. Every artist works with what I ask for and the lashes always come out how I imagined. They are all very gentle. There is the nail place next door and you can sometimes get a manicure at the same time as your lashes which is super convenient! The 10 minute foot massage during the lash application is wonderful as well and makes the experience more enjoyable and helps it go by faster. Can’t say enough good things about Nash’s Lashes!

Don’t even do it!!! Do not go here if you love your lashes. I’m gonna get straight to the point, I got my lashes done by Mickey there in August. Before that I would get my lashes done every 3 weeks with the same lash tech and decided to try this place in Westport that was recommended to me. As soon as this woman did my lashes, 2 or 3 days later I noticed my eyes were itching and hurting and I also realized that she placed the lashes DIRECTLY on my skin because the lashes on one eye were stiff. They weren’t moving naturally like the other eye. The lashes looked nice but she blocked an oil gland and turns out that it caused a STYE. Ive never even had a stye before but this ironically happened once i changed lash techs. When i told the owner JUDY about this she never apologized , never tried to make the situation better and actually argued with me and told me that i caused the stye because i didn’t wash my face properly lol . Mind you I was getting them done regularly somewhere else with no issue. They’re extremely unprofessional and money hungry there it’s really not even worth it. Now fast forwarding into December I’ve had 3 stubborn styes back to back with some discoloration of my eyelid since then and Ive never ever had this issue but now I’m prone to getting them . Please think about it before you change lash techs & be aware of who is caring for your eyelashes! Try amazing lash or mint nail spa in Stamford. They’re clean , professional and friendly and will try their best to compensate for an unfortunate situation like this. Happy lashing ladies!

They force you to get a more expensive lash set and then demand a tip. I paid $10 and the lady at the checkout said make it $20. I was shocked and felt very uncomfortable. I won’t visit this place again. Given that how greedy the owner is, I doubt if my $20 will be passed to the worker.
