I came to Nasha’s salon for a new look! I wanted to go lighter after years of box dying my grays. My set of full highlights is perfect. The whole experience was relaxing. I also got my underarms waxed the lady did a very good job and made sure to get every hair. She also cleaned up my eyebrows and did an amazing job at it. Totally would recommend going to this salon for a beautification day

Owner was late, unprofessional, rude and doesn’t know what she’s doing. My daughter’s hair was better before the haircut than after. Horrible style, bad service and treatment. Not how I’m getting used to be treated when in a salon. She was rushing with the haircut and didn’t give it a good finish. She was being rude about the payment too. I don’t always carry cash with me and I usually use my card and Venmo to pay. She gave me an attitude for not having cash. Like I almost felt bad for just using card and Venmo. I gave her my card and she decided to use Venmo instead. When I sent her the payment through Venmo, she started giving a fit about it because she didn’t get a confirmation and started saying “this is why I don’t use Venmo!” Well, I just gave her my card and she was the one who refused to use it and she had a card payment device but she chose to use Venmo. So I don’t understand why she got upset. She got frustrated because the status in Venmo says “pending” and so I explained to her how Venmo works and how it has to transfer the money to her bank and whatnot. She got impatient and suspicious at me because she didn’t get any text confirmation and said she will take a picture of my debit card with all the info in it but I strongly refused.. WHO DOES THAT? This woman is crayyy! She called her daughter to figure out the Venmo thing. It turns out… she gave me a wrong number! She gave me the landline number and that’s why she didn’t see the confirmation and was suspicious of me. When she realized her mistake, she didn’t even apologize. I paid with my card and there was no issue. When we got home, I noticed a long chunk of hair that she missed. I should’ve read the reviews here before I went. She was in a bad mood when she did my daughter’s hair and it clearly showed. Now I have to make an appointment to get her hair fixed from another salon and make sure it’s with a REAL PROFFESIONAL HAIRSTYLIST. This place is a waste of time and money. Stay away.

They are always welcoming and sweet to my children. I get eyebrow threading, waxing and my hair done there. I even get my daughter’s hair cut there. Most importantly, they are very clean.
