This was my first time to this salon and it was great! Definitely geared to the younger crowd with music that they play!! The decor is beautiful and pedicure chairs are amazing!! Sebastian the owner was very nice and offered me a cocktail I had a cranberry _ Passion fruit mimosa, along with snacks & a bottle of water. Chanel did my pedicure she was super sweet and did a great job on my very rough feet. Pedicures start at $40 I went for the next step up and it was well worth it. I will definitely be going back!!

Mai did an amazing job on my pedicure and the owner gave me the best looking set of nails I’ve ever had! Super clean, friendly and fast. I’ll 100% return.

First time I went I got a pedi and eyebrows I was surprised to read they offered drinks because I was never offered anything and I was the only customer in there. My Pedi was just ok but the woman did a a fab job on my eyebrows so the Second time I go back for my eyebrows. The owner I’m assuming he was did them and he just had a vibe to him I wasn’t liking. And this time my eyebrows were not what I was expecting they were just ok. When I got home I saw that my left eyebrow wasn’t really SHAPED so I had to fix it oh and he pinched my skin with the tweezers. I don’t think I’ll ever return.

It’s too beautiful of a place for them to have an ugly attitude. The lady doing my pedicure barely said 2 words to me. Will NOT be going back. Pedicure

Nice place, nice manicure, horrible attitude of the owner, I believe he goes by Sebastian. I complimented him on his business and he didn’t even respond and was rude when I nicely asked if he decorated it. At one point he told me he was tired and I offered to get him both a coffee and/or lunch…on me, but he continued acting agressive. He ran over to someone else when I was done and didn’t even tell me we were done. I went to the pedicure area where my friends were and asked to pay 3 times and yes on the third time I was a bit loud….but my friends wanted to know why I wanted to leave. I didn’t want to ruin their time and just go out of the salon until they were done. I almost cried and I did after I left. Do not go. They refused to give me a receipt with my cash payment also. Only go if you want to risk being treated improperly. I don’t know why he responds with Karen, I wasn’t…I was truly treated poorly. I was friendly and quit talking much at all once he said he was tired. Ya, my friends didn’t want their toes messed up so they made sure to act a certain way…I would too. Check reviews on other sites….they ALL mention him and his bad attitude with ANY negative review. I wonder how legal it is to hide money from the government and not give requested receipts to clients who pay cash? I don’t think it’s being a Karen to be treated decently, try to be kind, offer food, and want to leave with a receipt. I do hope he finds a way to find joy in his life, sincerely.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI’m honestly surprised to see the 2 bad reviews. I had a great experience! The guy that seemed to be running things was very pleasant and very accommodating and also dressed well too (tie, all black, and nice shoes). He actually kept the salon open late when I walked in looking for an appointment just before 5pm tonight. I didn’t realize they were closing at 5 until I overheard another guest mention it, but the staff never mentioned that to me and were gracious to let me stay and get a pedicure and dip nails with manicure. They didn’t rush at all, and the services were great! I got the “Double Down” pedicure, and it was much better than more expensive pedicures I’ve had from other salons. The lady who did my pedicure was very sweet and the scrub was awesome, plus smelled really nice. They have citrus slices and flower petals in the water which is a nice touch, and they even actually used the citrus as part of my service which I loved. The guy offered me a beverage multiple times, and another lady started my manicure towards the end of my pedicure bringing a big, soft pillow to rest my arms on while she worked. She was also very sweet and took her time as well. The salon was very clean and everything looked new and had a good aesthetic. The music was loud and upbeat, which I personally loved. Much better than the typical experience at salons where you have to listen to some guest talk loudly on her phone for an hour (seems like there is always one person like this lol). All three staff members were dressed in black, very accommodating, kind, and good at what they do. The prices are as I expected and comparable with all good salons in Nashville so no complaints there either. My favorite was how organized things were. Nail swatches were spread out so multiple people could be looking at the same time and were separated by shades. For instance, you don’t have to look through a basket of blues, when you’re looking for red, and all available reds are grouped together. Each swatch has 3 colors on it – one for dip, one for gel, and one for regular. I mean hello why doesn’t every salon do this?! I hate how unorganized and unprofessional most salons seem, but that was not the case here at all! They also gifted me a free, full-size hand lotion at the end of my service which was such a nice touch. I’ll be going here regularly from now on, and honestly just wanted to share my experience because I was so surprised to see others had given bad reviews. This has been my favorite nail experience in a LONG time. Also, if you ever went to this salon prior to the recent ownership change, then you are in for a treat. Way better! Honestly, this is my 2nd time here – the first time was awesome! Me and a friend came in, we got mimosas, it was great and I loved the decor, set up and vibe of the salon. This time was a different story. The guy who is always here (idk if he’s the owner or what) just seems to be in the worst mood. I asked him a couple questions and he seemed more interested in checking his phone. It was almost as if he was inconvenienced by me coming in to get my nails done… I ended up asking him if he was having a rough day… he just shook his head and didn’t respond… so I’m torn. I would give 2.5 stars just to even out my good experience and this one… kind of bummed because I live close and was hoping I’d found a place I could frequent. I know everyone has off days, but being in the service industry, a guest really shouldn’t know if you are having a good or bad day.

Absolutely incredible salon. Best pedicure I have ever had. The service, hospitality and mimosa goody bucket, was over and beyond expectations! I even got a free gift as a first time visitor. My nail tech that I’ve been going to for a few years just moved to this salon and I’m so glad she did. But every staff member was awesome. And the place was clean, I mean, spotless! Do yourself a favor and give it a try. I was blown away. Ask for Syda! She rocks.

Positive: Cleanliness, QualityI am super shocked to see the two negative reviews on here! That was by far the best pedicure I have ever had.. If I don’t have fruit, flower pedals and bath bombs in my pedicure water now, I don’t want it!The music was loud and upbeat, which I loved. I like the fact that I can’t hear everyone else’s conversations, or listen to them on the phone the whole time.Everyone was super friendly. It was super clean, and decorated beautifully. And, a complimentary mimosa! We each got a free lotion while cashing out, and when the gentlemen heard it was my 9 year old daughters birthday dinner tonight, he gave me one for her too! I will definitely be coming back for future pedicures!Services: Manicure, Pedicure, Acrylic nailsI am super shocked to see the two negative reviews on here!
