Critical: Professionalism, QualityI used to come here often but the guy who does the nails is very unprofessional and rude. Not only does he rush the nails because he’s the only one who does full sets, but he got upset and yelled at my friend because she showed him a picture of what she wanted and changed her mind about the design before he started because what they could do wasn’t what she wanted. He was rude and was rough with her nails after that moment. This is the third time I’ve seen him be rude to customers while doing their nails. However the lady who does the pedicures is great! I used to come here often but the guy who does the nails is very unprofessional and rude. Not only does he rush the nails because he’s the only one who does full sets, but he got upset and yelled at my friend because she showed him a picture of what she wanted and changed her mind about the design before he started because what they could do wasn’t what she wanted. Critical: ProfessionalismThe man who did my nails was very rude and rough he was such in a hurry that when he put the top coat on he cured it for only 30 sec told me I could wash my hands and had to redue it again. Also by the time I got home the top coat of my nail looked duel! I also had my 3 year old there and she stayed still long enough for them to do her nails and the lady was getting frustrated bc my daughter wanted to sit by me and they kept rasing thier voice at her to stay still bc her hands weren’t dry! She was in tears bc she wanted to sit by me!
