Charlie is the most unprofessional hair stylist I have ever encountered. He does not respect time nor does he respect commitment. I had to reschedule my appointment THREE times to his convenience, and the day of my 5 pm appointment, he called me last minute and asked me to come in at 5:30. 6 pm is here and I’m still waiting outside in the cold. This stylist does not care about his customer’s valuable time. If you want a consistent, trustworthy hairstylist, Charlie is not the one for you. In addition, he pressured me into accepting a color that I did not want—all for the benefit of him saving the quantity of color expended on me. Also, he has a very bad attitude.

Worth the drive and reasonably priced.I drive all the way from Apex to have Ania cut my hair. She asks you each time exactly what you want done to you hair and explains where your hair is and how it will have to grow out to get there. I have had her style it 3 different ways so far.

The place appears to just be getting started. But Ania is awesome and worth a try! If you want a sweet, pleasant, professional stylist, ask for Ania. I hope this place gets off the ground and stays in business. With good people like Ania, it is good. Remember that the stylists who work here are independent and have to draw their own clients in. They rent space from the owner so they can do hair, nails, waxing, and more. See who is professional and hard working and customer friendly and give them your loyal business. That’s why I keep going back to Ania.

My sister and I scheduled an appointment for a Balayage with Charlie. I was very disappointed with the service I received and most importantly embarrassed that my sister from out of town now thinks that this must be how all the salons in North Carolina operate. I think the service Balayage should be removed from your website since it’s obvious that you DO NOT what it is and don’t know how to do it. What we got were uneven highlights. I specifically said what I wanted and even showed him a picture but he did something completely different. He did highlights underneath our hair, left the top black, and did not color the entire front section of our hair. When I told him I wanted the front bottom section down colored as well, he stated it would have looked stained. He also got very defensive and rude. WHAT!!!!! I mean we all know what a Balayage is, I HOPE! That “stained” comment let me know that he did not know what a Balayage was. According to my sister, he did not know what a Diva cut was! Then, to top it off he charged us $30 to blow out our hair. I have gone to many salons in the past where blow drying is included in the price with the color. He had the nerve to charge that amount and our hair was not completely straightened, some sections of my hair were still wavy. He used a flat iron and the flat iron was not even hot which leads me to believe that it was not even plugged in. I cannot believe paid $115 for a job that seems like it was done by someone who was practicing and doing color for the first time. Now I have to find another salon and pay more money AGIAN to get the job done right! But I rather go to someone that knows what they are really doing and walk out happy with how my hair looks. Charlie don’t worry on responding to this message! I know you’re going to say not to come back to your salon like you have responded in the past to other people that were not happy with their service. Trust me I would NEVER step foot in that place again. Thank you for wasting my time and money!

Can’t say that much for Narvana Hair Salon per say because I just started going there about 6 months ago. What I can say is they hire incredible stylists (not even sure if that’s politically correct now to call them that). One person I can say is amazing is Ania. I have followed her from one salon to another because she does an amazing job. Everyone in my family goes to her. From simple cuts (me), highlights (unfortunately my skater boy son) to color(daughter) she does it all with a sweet Polish accent. Do your hair a favor, dump your old hair person and get a new “hair did” from Ania. Mention my review and get 2 hair cuts for the prices of 2. No animals were harmed in the making of this review.

I recommend this salon to everyone. I have very hard manageble hair and it has been very hard to find someone to do a great job on my hair. I have finally found the place! I’m very happy with the job they did on my hair. The salon is Very clean, very friendly atmosphere, stylist are super and know what they are doing! Definitely coming back! Best hair stylists!!!!

I am sooo pleased with my daughter’s experience I brought my grandmother to get her hair done. I am also excited about coming here next. Miguelina and staff are great! She is warm and very welcoming. I would recommend this salon to everyone looking for a nice, calming atmosphere with great service.
