Nappy Headz and Sista Loc’z

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went to them for loc reattachment as I was told that my locs could be reattached and that they have over 20 years of experience doing this particular service. After the first reattachment of approximately 47 locs half of them came out. the 2nd and 3rd time I had a considerable amount of locs come out as well. I paid for their travel cost ( which They offer on their site) to come to me each time for them reattach my locs. The 3rd time I actually came in the shop only for them to charge me after reattaching my locs for the 3rd time. I was told at that time they don’t guarantee that the locs will stay in however no one told me this before I let them reattach my locs the first time. On multiple occasions I tried reaching out to them for services only to have days and even weeks go by without a response. The service was fast and professional and very warm and caring. You could tell both ladies cared about their craft and was able to give me knowledge on maintaining my sisterlocks and the process.
