This is hands down the worst manicure I’ve ever had. My nails weren’t shaped. My cuticles weren’t trimmed and then gel polish over the top. The manicure started lifting the same day and now three days later I’ve had three chipped nails.

Overcharged. We were here on vacation and the price list they have at the front was incorrect. When questioned about price they appeared confused. Honestly it was our last day of vacation and I paid and left. Regret the experience here and feel like the manicure was not done properly. Only lasted a few days. Paid $32 for a polish change on my feet. Ridiculous.

Went here while on vacation, the lady sanded my nails down paper thin with electric sander to take off my nail polish. Now my nails just split. I have to keep cutting them down to the nub until they completely grow out. My nails were very nice and long before going there.

This place used to be really bad, but let me tell you the old owners are back and it’s newly renovated. The service is great, they have fresh new colors and great staff. Lynn and Thilyn did an amazing job on my mani/pedi shellac and my daughters nail polish. They are very friendly and love to provide the best service possible . I’m so happy this place has its owners back as I always get my nails done when in Napili for my summer vacation. Highly recommend it. Mahalo.
