bro this is not okay she did more than she needed too , and put layers in my hair when i didn’t ask . all i wanted was a short trim but instead they cut half of my entire hair off . after everything it took me too grow back . “short trim” instead a whole foot long cut never going back . i don’t understand how this place is 5 star . one star !
