I usually try to see the best in businesses but my experience with this place is just bad. More than a month ago I came to this place because reviews are amazing plus family members that had previously visited this place talked very positive about this place so I wanted to check them out and it was honestly one of the worst decisions I’ve done. Service was good but at some point the lady doing my brows reacted as if something bad happened, I didn’t want to interrupt her so I didn’t say anything but when she showed me my brows I was bleeding. I honestly didn’t mind it and she was nice about that too and gave me some tissues to clean it up. I didn’t really mind it and let her finish at checkout the other lady seemed rushed when there wasn’t anyone else when it was time to pay but even there I was ok with it. About a couple days later in my right upper eyelid began to get a scale like texture and it was very visible and looked as if my skin was shedding. I started to worry but expected it to go away in a couple of days. But it then all became even worse, it began to swell up and it looked as if a bee stung me. Ever since my eyelid has had rough texture in that spot. I’ve tried many different things like aquaphor but it’s still visible. I’m so disappointed because I was expecting amazing brows but instead I now have a weird looking eyelid. I didn’t really want to give this place a bad review but I feel like everyone should know of the possible risks of getting your brows done here.

I finally decided to get my eyebrows done. It has been months and I definitely needed it. I have never been here, but I heard great things about this place so I decided to try it. Wow! She sanitized my hands and hers, both of us had masks on, the place was super clean, I was impressed.
