While I enjoy this place, every time i see it I want to find a new place. The ladies don’t clean in between clients and just sanitize instead of washing their hands even after eating. I went in once and she was eating and straight went to do my eyebrows instead of taking the time to wash her hands. Unsanitary… but i don’t hate their work.

Critical: QualityYesterday I went to get my eyebrows done, but they lady didn’t do it very well. My eyebrows are mixed up one is higher than the other. I was gonna fix it, but I realize that she took out a lot of the bottom of my eyebrows and I can’t fix it anymore

Horrible HORRIBLE customer service. Bebo usually does my brows when I asked for her the lady said that she moved to texas. I still wanted to get my brows done and the lady that did my brows was horrible in csr. First the chair was too high she even saw that I had getting trouble sitting and all she asked was if I was ok. When she was doing my brows and couldn’t reach thats when she lowered the chair. When she said that my brows were done I almost wanted to cry they were thick and horrible. She didnt even bothered to shape them all she said was All clean!!! And I still had the heart to give her a tip….. I will NOT BE HERE AGAIN .

TERRIBLE SERVICE! If I could give zero stars I would!!! I went in to wax my face like I’ve done before & when I was done I got back to my car & realized the lady basically waxed off pieces of my skin! I went back in to ask for a refund & they were making excuses saying it was bc of my pimples & I had a lot of hair & it’s just red it’ll get better in 30 min. I told them I’ve done it multiple times before w/ my pimples & hair & this has NEVER happened but they shooed me away saying it would all be fixed in 30 minutes when i knew my skin wouldn’t grow back in 30 min!!! NEVER COMING BACK!!

I really liked it. Was a pleasant expierence with the person doing my eyebrows too she was very nice. Her and I were talking about the 4th of july earthquake which that day was the 5th and after I left and went to the food court the 7.1 earthquake hit. I wonder if she remembered our convo lmao. Pretty good service btw and very fast.
