I should have gone with my gut and not had my eyebrows done here. I got there and the lady was on the phone. She never said hi and motioned me to sit down. It was the worst threading experience I’ve ever had. She was on the phone the entire time. She didn’t ask how I wanted them done. They look terrible and my eyebrows are so thin. Thank goodness they will grow back. Reconsider going here for eyebrow threading.

Today l am giving 1 star due to the sign on the door states she will be back at 12:30pm. It is now 1:06pm. I been sitting here for about 30 minutes along with a few more clients ready to get lashes or eyebrows. The open sign is on, but nobody here. That is very unprofessional of them. And I come here all the time to get lashes and threaded.

Horrible experience, I will never spend my money here again and I hope no one else does. I showed the person who was doing my eyebrows a photo of me. They said they can do it. My eyebrows look nothing alike one is thiner then the other. I look horrible. I wish I never went to them honestly. One of the worst I have encountered. If you can’t do the service provided don’t say you can. Listen to the horror story reviews DO NOT GO !

There was a younger girl in the shop who threaded my eyebrows. She did a great job, clearly still training but still did awesome. I’m a guy so probably less picky about my eyebrows but i would recommend . Eyebrow threading

I really do not like that I’m not asked if a trainee can perform their skills on me. This is the second time I’ve came here. My eyebrows look okay but many hairs still left. Plus they leave me hell of red. My lip looks burnt from the wax. But I know it’s because the wax wasn’t warm enough. And she ripped it off. Plus I have some cuts on my eyebrows. Worst experience ever.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had getting my eyebrows threaded. She decided that she wasn’t just going to clean up my eyebrows but to reshape my whole eyebrows and I never told her to do that. All I wanted was a clean up. I already have thin eyebrows but I had a decent shape to them. But now there micro eyebrows and I don’t know what I’m going to do. I never write reviews but I feel that I needed to go out of my way to say how truly horrible of a place is.
