We hired Nancy for my sister’s wedding. To do bridesmaids hair and make up and the mother in law. Everything was set and she was given her travel deposit. I asked her if Everything was good to go couple of days before the wedding. She said yes, all good. Then the night before the wedding after 9pm I get a text from her saying that she can’t make it because she was feeling sick. And wanted to wait until the last minute because maybe she’d feel better. And told me she’d return the deposit. And that was it and I never heard from her after that. She stopped responding to my texts. I had no one else as a back up and it was after 9pm. No Salon was open and no one replied that late. I as a maid oh honor stayed up until after 1am trying desperately to find someone. And couldn’t. So I had to tell my sister (the bride) that her bridesmaids and mother in law had no make up or hair person. Not a fun conversation . We literally were a mess on the morning of. Because we didn’t know how to do our make up or hair. Thankfully someone reached out to me 2 hours before we had to do pictures and helped us with the hair ad make up. I call them our angels. But I asked Nancy for my deposit and she never responded. But she posted pictures of the hair she did, the same day as my sister’s wedding. The only reason I got my deposit back, 4 days later was because I had my family and friends message her about it. I’m very disappointed in her. Especially when she has done so many weddings and knows how important the day is. I do not recommend her for anything and will never use her again!!!

I had a hard time finding any salon to get the blonde or platinum I like. Nancy does it perfect every time. No brassy gold, or purple or gray. She takes her time to listen to what you want and does it. I love that it is open for private appointment because I struggle with anxiety. So awesome that I don’t have to worry what I look like going there. I have had extentions done here as well. Great quality and they lasted for 4 months. Private, peaceful and perfect hair everytime.

Booked for my son and Daughter n laws wedding for this past Saturday for 4 people make up and hair. Contact was made the day before and we were all set. The Friday night while at the rehearsal…..mind you at 8:30 in the everning.. she was not feeling well and would not be coming. Deposits were paid in advance and she was asked several times to help us. With no return messages. Posts on here indicate she was working on Saturday and not sick. We were lucky enough that the maid of honor stayed up all night trying to find someone. We heard from two angels the day of the wedding and they dropped what they were doing to come help us. Finally after no return messages regarding the deposits they were returned just this morning. I would not recommend her for your wedding or anything else!
