My first time going to Nancy’s nails was Sept 19th 2022 and I had no real issues besides having to change my color to something else because their color was too old and just generally feeling rushed. My last time was October 20th 2022. I had a gel manicure and was happy with the results but later that same day my thumb nail chipped and the day after one of my other nails chipped and i attached pictures of that. I tried to contact for a fixthe day after I got the first chipping via text and I was told to hurry up to the store and I didn’t like being talked to like I needed to fit into their schedule when I shouldn’t have to go for a fix THE DAY AFTER getting it done. I could have gotten there in less than 10 minutes and I clearly indicted that, to then be texted “get here quickly” “now” so I said “nevermind” and I decided not to spend any more time or money there. I think I gave them more than a fair shot. They don’t do acrylic, only gel and they don’t use any type of cuticle oil after they finish. Their prices are low but you get what you pay for. I won’t be returning.

I think this was the best pedicure I’ve ever gotten. I’m in from out of town and decided based on reviews to contact the shop. They fit me in and were very attentive. The pedicurist was very gentle and took a lot of time with me. I don’t normally use the massage chairs at nail salons, but she turned it on and it was really relaxing. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely be a repeat customer when in town.

This was my first time coming here, and believe me, it’s now going to be my regular spot!! I have ridiculously small nails and she took her time to make sure they looked perfect and without hurting me.. They came out great and I recommend this place to anyone!! Very pleasant people!!

I will never go here again. The lady literally cut pieces of my skin off on more than 2 of my fingers. My fingers hurt so much! It was totally empty so it’s not like she had to rush. They couldn’t do a simple music note on my nails. The pedicure chair was so uncomfortable. It was the worst experience ever at any nail salon. Be Aware.
