I would have been glad to say how pleasant my experience was but even after making an appointment I wasn’t received well at all. The person whom I made the appointment with wasn’t prepared or ready to do business in the right way. He took someone else that didn’t even have an appointment, just walked in and I had an appointment first. I will never go there again. They lost my business.

Nancy’s Nails is the most excellent place to get your nails done!!! They are friendly and always make me feel like family while I am there!! And Nancy is the best at dealing with my particular requests (I’m very picky when it comes to my nails!!!) Love them!!!!

Nancy is amazing, through and through. I can’t begin to explain how thoroughly she checked everything as she was filing, making sure each nail was the same. She even fixed my lifting acrylic with no charge, even though I would’ve paid for it. She is super sweet and easy to talk to, unlike some salons I have visited in the past. Always expect good hospitality and care at Nancy’s.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI got gel manicure and pedicure yesterday very last minute and she didn’t have to say yes neither did the guy there but they took me in anyway trust me it was almost closing time we finished past that . I still got an amazing pedicure foot scrub and all she offered to also do my manicure and insisted it was ok . She was very nice we talked and talked and she gave me a hand massage and took her time to professionally clean and prep my nails . I came out feeling beautiful without long fake nails. I got gel manicure and pedicure yesterday very last minute and she didn’t have to say yes neither did the guy there but they took me in anyway trust me it was almost closing time we finished past that . I just moved to RoPo not too long ago from Petaluma, and have been putting off getting my nails done since, because as any fellow manicure veteran knows, finding a good nail place is pretty damned hard. It’s an expensive trial-and-error process. I don’t want to act like some special snowflake, but I feel it’s especially difficult for me because I don’t want those chunky, tacky-looking, hot-pink-and-white “french” acrylic manicures. I like my nails narrow, long, dainty, and squoval. Even at places I would consider “good,” I can’t say I’ve ever gotten exactly what I’ve wanted.

Traveling is so hard, especially when it comes to cosmetics, hair, nails, etc…i like what i’m used to. But my nails needed done, and Nancy’s had great reviews, and now i see why.
