We’d like to welcome Nancy’s Nails to their new location in the Syracuse Town Center next to Jin’s Restaurant Korean and Japanese Cuisine. This family owned business has been extremely popular in Syracuse and their new location will make them even more accessible. Their Grand Opening was Monday and they are offering 20% off for the month of January. Their location features a state of the art Healthy Air Capture System to capture dust and nail vapors as well as Medical Grade air filtration systems to eliminate any germs or virusus in the air making the experience even better. The soft music and beautiful decor created a great ambiance. They even have massage chairs while you are getting a pedicure!! Welcome to Syracuse!! We’re glad you are here.

I am so impressed with this place! This was my first time here. I came from another place where I always had to wait for a long time (even with an appointment) and always felt like i was rushed. Nancy had me in my seat at my scheduled appointment time and didn’t treat me like I was “another client”. She asked me multiple times if I liked them and if I wanted her to change anything. I LOVE the shape and the feeling of them. Not to mention the design that I showed her and she matched spot on. I will definitely be back time and time again! Thank you ♥️

Very welcoming right when you walk in, great staff. Daniel is a dime a dozen at doing my nails, he’s a gem. I highly recommend going there if you want any services they offer done. My friend and I went and got a pedicure this evening to celebrate our birthdays. My friend called ahead to make sure they could get us in and they said yes. We got there at 6:40 and were told they close at 7:00, even though it said 7:30 online. My friend asked if they were sure they could still do pedicures for each of us and the woman at the desk said yes. I asked two other times if she was sure and she again said yes. My experience wasn’t too bad, although it was quite rushed. My friend had a worse experience. The girl doing the pedicure rushed the whole time; the process was 15 minutes start to finish. The water for the foot bath was cold, she didn’t exfoliate or massage her feet, which was supposed to be included. She left before my friends gel polish was even finished curing. We each paid $45 dollars + tip for a very disappointing pedicure. We will definitely not be going back.

I went here for the first time last week for a full set of nails. I’ve only gotten my nails done once before and it wasn’t a great experience, so I was nervous. All the employees were super nice and welcoming, and the space was very clean. Nancy was the one to do my nails and we had a slight miscommunication about the shape of my nails, but they still ended up being gorgeous. This is probably going to be my go-to nail salon.

I had a really great experience here. I’ve had my nails done at other salons and always ended up having to wait (even with an appointment) or ending up disappointed in the design and service. Here there was absolutely no wait at all, the workers were polite and friendly, and most of all my nails look great. I got exactly what I wanted and I am so happy with them. Will definitely be coming back 🙂
