I went in to get my nails done for prom and I even gave the lady pictures as to what I wanted. The process was unbearable she was extremely rough with my nails she kept going over my cuticles with the drill on accident which hurt but not the most out of it all. I asked her if she could be more gentle and all she did was laugh and say my nails were tiny. Then she continued to be rough. She rushed through everything, her paint lines weren’t even, and she was so rushed she smudged my nail going into the dryer. The best parts of all were that there was one other person in there so she really didn’t have to rush, and for all the pain I endured I had to pay $65 dollars for a set that was poorly done. 3 days later … the cuticles around my nails are cut and swollen.

They overcharged what they quoted and they charged full price for pedicures on boys and didn’t do lotion or spend as much time- rushed through it – and no polish was requested so why was it $30? They charge less for girls who use polish, so why charge same for less service? My dip polish is sloppy and rushed. My toes are uneven and polish on my skin. Not happy with almost $200 in services and a 3 hour wait when we called day before to make appointments. Won’t be back. Went in for an appointment four people. They overcharged what they quoted and they charged full price for pedicures on boys and didn’t do lotion or spend as much time- rushed through it – and no polish was requested so why was it $30? They charge less for girls who use polish, so why charge same for less service? My dip polish is sloppy and rushed. My toes are uneven and polish on my skin. She rushed thru my nails done them the exact opposite of how I specified. She was nice but I cannot recommend this place e to the general public. Sorry maybe yall should work on your southern English comprehension and follow directions.
