I will not be returning, their price was listed 35 for the set, I was charged 60 for 3 bloody fingers which he had his hands with no gloves on pressed his finger over my right hand pinky to try to “stop” the bleeding. kept getting comments about how small my nails were, nail pieces left over from him cutting and a design that was clearly not done over again and looks like puke yellow. When I went to get my nails done for my wedding they were fantastic but the MALE that ended up doing my nails never, never again will I return don’t believe their prices listed on the sign in tablet. Very disappointing as I had faith because my wedding nails were perfect, and my friend was qith me this morning and she was also very unhappy..

Gave one star because zero isn’t possible. They were open. They got us in quick. My polish is uneven and my cuticles are flooded. My heels still feel like sandpaper. My nails are cut unevenly. My feet look like I did them at home in the dark, except it cost way more than doing it myself. Disappointed af Pedicure

Nancy is NOT customer oriented and says mean things to clients. She is very rough and if she does your nails, your nails always hurt afterwards. She will also insult, shame and degrade you to con you into getting other services you don’t need. I have been getting my nails done consecutively for 20+ years and have never had another tech like her. Also know that you will be overcharged. I have went there several times and all the gentlemen are nice and friendly. After the 3rd and final time of Nancy being the one doing my nails I never went back. Don’t go there!!! She also does not do a good job because she always talking on the phone, watching something on it or constantly talking to others. She painted my nails a totally different color than I showed her one time and refused to change it. I even told her when she started painting them that it was not the color. She smacked my hand and told me to shush STAY FAR AWAY!!!

Nancy was the one that did my nails and charged me twice what I’ve ever paid for the same service at another salon, so I would not have bothered had I known up front. When I called the salon later and asked the price for the service I just got, I was told it was $40, not the $55 I was charged! The quality of the work was mediocre and Nancy felt it was more important to read or watch some thing on her phone the entire time she did my nails. One nail has five divits in it very noticeable with the color on it. My nails are not shaped uniformly and have some rough edges.

I went to this Nail spa with my mom and daughter on the 08/14/2022. Was my mom’s birthday wanted to give her a treat and as we entered the room, one of the works started telling us they’re busy and can’t attend to us, without even welcoming us first. I felt so upset and unwanted so I responded by telling them my mind. They are so rude. I regret ever going there.

I prefer and only exclusively get long coffin nails, which can be difficult for some salons to accomplish.FIRST visit was great and got exactly what I asked for, they were quick and beautiful! I Couldn’t take my eyes off them. Love.SECOND visit was good but not as great as the first visit- I got a fresh set of long acrylic coffin nails, a young woman (I didnt catch her name) did them and seemed to rush a bit and the nails ended up a bit lumpy and unrefined – lacking in attention to detail and were very inconsistent between each finger. But I still enjoyed them regardless and they definitely last.THIRD visit today I got the set from my second visit filled in. I got Jack as my technician today and WOW. he did fantastic and knew exactly what I wanted. Today I asked for alternating black and green nails, and he fixed and reshaped the old set perfectly. They are beyond gorgeous and so far the best set I’ve ever had from ANY nail salon ever! Jack was extremely meticulous and he had an amazing attention to detail. He understood and executed everything I wanted and exactly how I like it. He made the perfect coffin shaped nails!
