Visiting from out of town. Thought I would get a gel manicure and this place had good reviews and was close to my hotel. The owner Nancy did my nails. I do my own gel manis at home so I understand the steps. I never question what anyone does but she did not do steps that other salons do and I questioned the cure time as it seemed short. Later that evening, I bumped my nail and paint came right off!!! The entire thing lifted right off with a simple pull. Same thing on the ring finger. The polish on my thumb “moves” so it clearly didn’t cure. I can’t even go get it fixed since they are closed Sundays and I’m flying home anyway. What a waste of $$$. I’ll have to redo my entire mani. It felt rushed and not sure if it was products or procedure, but I would love that $40 back.

Wow! I recommend this salon to EVERYONE! The service here was so amazing! Nancy gave me a mani and pedi and did a fantastic job. She took her time and was so thorough and friendly. I am actually visiting from Oregon but will be planning to go here when I come back to Lafayette. I have not had my nails done this well in quite a while!

The shape of each nail is uneven, and my cuticles weren’t even touched, as you can see. Nancy’s Nail House was amazing. Everyone that works there is pleasant and welcoming. I enjoyed my pedicure. It was very relaxing and my toe and feet were happy. Nancy the owner is wonderful. She arched my eyebrows and also waxed my upper lip for free. I would recommend this nail shop for anyone new to the area or anyone looking for a new nail salon.
