Love this place! I love Nancy and all the ladies that work there! They are all so nice and they don’t ever give me unrealistic expectations about my hair. They always tell me my options and give me great advice when it comes to my hair or eye brows. I have had some terrible luck at other salons and now I will only go to Nancy’s! They have fixed messed up hair cuts done by other salons, dyed my hair white/gray, and did a test hair style for my wedding!!!

I was a few minutes late and still had to wait on my stylist who was not ready or even noticed I was there because she was occupied with her young child. When I first walked in, there was no one there, although I could hear someone in the backroom. I waited a while and no one came out. Just as I was about to go find someone, another worker came through the door and asked if I had been helped yet. I said no so she got my name and when back to tell the stylist that I was there. After that I still had to wait a while for her to come out and get her child settled playing so she could cut my hair. The cut was ok but not great. I didn’t say anything because I didn’t have any extra time for her to fix it since it took so long to get started. Don’t get me wrong, I have no problem with someone taking their kids to work but if you have an appointment you should be prepared and already have the kid situated when the client arrives. I know that’s not always possible when kids are being fussy and uncooperative but this did not appear to be the case. She didn’t seem to care that I had been waiting on her and didn’t even apologize for the wait.

Walked in and was welcomed with smileys and warm greetings. Very nice staff. Kayla cut my hair, washed it, and styled it, all with a kind attitude just for $24 !?!? great deal. Definitely found a new salon.

Okay, PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE WHATEVER YOU DO!!! I went here LAST NIGHT and all of my nails are already starting to come off. They are smudged, uneven, bubbly and just disgusting. When I went to have them done, Nancy kept coming over and talking up the nail tech like she was so great. Obviously trying to cover up how terrible she was. Then, when I called back to tell them they need to redo my nails correctly, Nancy had the NERVE to actually ARGUE WITH ME?! I had to literally fight for my nails to be redone. They are extremely unprofessional and rude and snobby and overpriced. I payed $40 for something a child could have done better for. Horrible.
