She is the owner of the place she is such a pleasant nice and professional hairstylist lady. She took all the time one on one with me which I loved it and it is a very relaxing place. I had blond highlights that grew and also old orangy color on top of It And I didn’t like it She did my roots and she used a toner. Such a nice blond natural look Not too yellow or too ashy or too Orange perfect blond which is hard to get. Im very pleased with the color!! She took all the time one on one with me which I loved it and it is a very relaxing place. My first time going here and it was thee worst Brazilian wax ever!. I’ve been waxed three times and none was ever excruciating as the the pain I’ve experienced today. When she put the wax on I knew right then that it was a bad idea. It was so painful. When she took the first coat of wax off I got up and left without letting her finish. The owner tried to call me back to finish, but all they saw was my back because I got out of there so fast. I called my husband crying. Although my skin was hurting, I went home and used nair to finish the job. Now I am truly traumatized of getting a wax.

I love coming to Nancys because she uses ammonia free hair dye which really helps my hair. This place is great to drink coffee and relax while getting dolled up. She’s the best!

I found Nancy’s on groupon. They had a special for their waxing services so I decided to try them out. They did a good job accommodating me into their schedule. A woman named Pilar did my wax. She did not speak any english and I do not speak Spanish well. Firstly, my brazilian took over an hour — one hour of excruciating pain! She did very small strips and kept missing parts and going over the same places. I also noticed that she double dipped into the wax. I was so disturbed by this that I stopped her and immediately asked her (through google translator) to use a different stick to apply the wax. I even asked her if this was her first time doing this, which she replied it wasn’t. I couldnt imagine sitting through that again. Afterwards the wax left scars and ingrowns. I never returned back there. That was the worst, most unprofessional wax experience Ive ever had. I do not reccomend going here.
