12 years of doing what I love, giving massage therapy to children, seniors, men and women, gift recipients, those receiving massage for the first time or some who have a lifetime of caring for themselves. This is an age of relearning what we can do to stay well and be an active partner in health and wellness. Clients tell me they are avoiding pain medications or surgeries if they can help it. Some are doing what they can to uplift their mood and improve their attitude. One common outcome is a certain improvement in wellbeing and getting comfortable in their own skin!
