This spa does not have great business practices. I had a last minute emergency and I tried to reschedule my appointment (I understand a fee for last minute cancellations) but they tried to charge me the entire amount of my massage. I really wanted to move the massage to a later date and they were not helpful whatsoever, all they wanted was the money. So they just lost a customer. I wish I could review the place but I can’t because of their greedy business practices. From now on I’m going to spa belle la vie, they won’t charge you if you have an emergency or have to cancel last minute. I really can’t with this place

My daughter bought me a hundred dollar gift card for Christmas. Turns out it is only good for services. She bought me the card to be used for anything that I would like. They did not tell her that you could not purchase products. What kind of business sells gift cards and then proceeds to tell you how you can use it. No, thanks. I won’t be back.

I purchased an $80 gift certificate for my husband and he chose to have a manicure and pedicure. I was extremely disappointed by the results… not only were his hand and toe nails not filed smoothly, there was still dirt under his toe nails! What kind of manicure/pedicure is THAT?? I would not recommend these services from this spa.
