They need to close this place down. The older lady that does pedicures is the ONLY reason the shop is still in business. The lack of customer service is sickening, from the OWNER (Nancy) down to the lousy employees. I used to travel from Tampa to this shop,strictfully for a good pedicure and I’d just get my nails done while there. After TODAY, I will never return. This place has been lost its “juice” that old lady (only one that doesn’t speak English)is keeping them in business BECAUSE Everything besides a pedicure is PURE TRASH! I DO NOT RECOMMEND

The lady tries to skip then when I asked for changes for a tip but her husband paid her before I could give her the money. The husband was nasty and rude, I haven’t felt this way in a long time. I went to go get my eyebrows and eyelashes done and I was next in line. The lady tries to skip then when I asked for changes for a tip but her husband paid her before I could give her the money. I initially came to get my nails and feet done & wanted french tips on my toes but of course the woman I had pretended to not understand english and continued to do what she wanted. They made me feel REALLY uncomfortable and when i asked if there was an issue they just smiled like “no problem”. I still paid for my service (didnt even get to get my nails done just toes) + a tip even though she didnt deserve that much. I should’ve just walked out and went somewhere else because i wasn’t satisfied at all. I won’t be back and i dont recommend, the place was empty most likely because of their poor customer service skills…

Will never go there again..!!!! Every employee was just sitting around even Nancy.. Rude staff.. My sister and I went in for a pedi and full set. Also let me mention we were the only 2 people that were in the shop. We both wanted pedis first then our full set. They told us only 1 could go for a pedi at a time then they told me they could start my nails.. It’s one dude there with a smart mouth who does a terrible job on nails i requested for Nancy and she wouldn’t even get up out the pedi chair so i requested to speak to the manager and he said well the dude i requested not to do my nails can do your nails I said no thank you I prefer mama so the manager just walked away from me and had me sitting at an empty station for over 30 mins.. I’ll fever go back there even for my eyebrows.. You lost a dedicated customer!
