Critical: QualityShowed them a pic of what I wanted. They said they could do it and this is what I got. She didn’t have me wash my hands after my fill so the paint is bumpy the ghost is terrible and the black nail polish which was gel polish started smearing off. They charged 65 dollars for the fill and gel polish with design. And I paid $40 somewhere else to have it fixed as soon as I left. 10/10 would not recommend! She didn’t have me wash my hands after my fill so the paint is bumpy the ghost is terrible and the black nail polish which was gel polish started smearing off. Critical: QualityI really hate giving a bad review, idk it makes me feel bad BUT I’m new to the area and wanted to try this nail salon. The staff was friendly and the salon was clean but I’m not too impressed by the quality of my nails. It was only me and one other person in the salon when I got there and remained that way the whole time. She rushed my nails for literally no reason. No one was waiting. And she rushed like I’ve never seen before. My nails done necessarily look terrible but when you pay $45 for them, you want them to be clean looking. She filed off half of the sns on the sides of my nails so a lot of my nails don’t even have anything on my whole nail. My thumbs are different lengths and not the same shape. After getting home and reading ALOT of reviews this seems to be a reoccurring problem. I can’t say I won’t ever go back to give a second chance BUT I wish they would read these reviews and work on doing better. I really hate giving a bad review, idk it makes me feel bad BUT I’m new to the area and wanted to try this nail salon. The staff was friendly and the salon was clean but I’m not too impressed by the quality of my nails.
