Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI loved this place ! Up until I waited a hour and I was next and the lady I was supposed to go to told me oh wait she’ll take you in two minutes she’s done and takes a customer who just walked in ! Then 30 minutes pass at this point my nails would’ve been done! But wait after that the person I was knocked off to wasn’t done so guess what I would’ve waited another 45 minutes! I really loved going here until she f’d it up I wasted two hours almost ! I loved this place ! Up until I waited a hour and I was next and the lady I was supposed to go to told me oh wait she’ll take you in two minutes she’s done and takes a customer who just walked in ! Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI came here for a mani and pedi for my daughter and I and my overall experience was not pleasant. The man that works there was very nice to me when I first got there telling me he wanted me to be happy. Everything was fine up until it was time for me to pay. I haven’t gotten my nails done in a while so I brought out $100 thinking it would be enough for services and a tip. Once I told him I brought out $100 he made a face me and told me it was $120, which seems kinda high to me but still wasn’t really a problem. It seemed like his whole attitude changed after that though and he wasn’t as friendly as before. I started noticing little things like chipped nail polish and dried up glue and asked for it to be fixed… more attitude and they didn’t even get all the glue off. I came here for a mani and pedi for my daughter and I and my overall experience was not pleasant. The man that works there was very nice to me when I first got there telling me he wanted me to be happy. Everything was fine up until it was time for me to pay.
