This establishment is extremely unprofessional. The owner has difficulty managing both of her businesses and maintaining her calendar. I drove from Queens to Baldwin for a 10 am lash appointment only to find the shop closed. Despite having email confirmations and reminders, the owner informed me she was in Florida and had no one available to provide the service I left a 50% deposit for (which took days to refund). On a prior occasion I waited thirty minutes for a tech to arrive for my pre booked appointment time. The owner never offers any compensation or discounted services to make up for any inconvenience. Very disappointing experience.

First of all I love it here Nadine is amazing at what she does , everything from wax to facial massage eyelash! Literally everything I went yesterday and Briana did my lashes and facial and she did such an amazing Job! No matter if Nadine isn’t available I can always feel just as confident going to her ❤️

My experience getting my lashes done was amazing . NOT ONLY was Deborah ( my lash tech) professional , and made me feel comfortable BUT also finessed my lashes! I’m in loveeee with my lashes ! And will be going back whenever I need a fill in! yasssssss for the lashessss !

I went for microblading last year and was not happy with the results. Wrong color used (very dark brown which looks grayish a year later), shape was not good, numbing cream was not reapplied so painful, and not very good detail about after care (I had to research on my own). I do NOT recommend for microblading!!!
