Seeing the reviews and the details from my husband it seems to make sense. The unproffesional and disrespectful way of running a business. First said he go at 3pm to get his locs started…he goes then she says come back at 530. Calls at 5 so doesnt go over there for nothing and no answer so goes back when told to and has another client in her chair. Then when they arw done ankther walk in sits in the chair and he been waiting since 3pm. Very unproffesional.

Next time I will drive my behind to Baltimore, where I can get a price up front before getting my hair done. I don’t like to haggle.As far as style goes, braids were big, uneven, and messy. She claimed to be known for her micros. I didn’t like them at all, looked like a rush job.

UNPROFESSIONAL …. The owner is terrible ! She has no respect for anyone’s time. The place is small and dusty looking and the woman that was in there looked like she had an attitude. I wasted my time coming here and waiting for my hair not to get done. She followed me to my car to argue ! If your reading this you are better off going to Philly or Delaware. They conduct their business more professional.

Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI would NOT recommend! Officially switching to a salon that respects customers AND their time— each visit I have waited between 1- 2.5hrs after my scheduled appointment time and told to wait until the other stylist arrives. While in the middle of doing my hair that I scheduled in advance.. she accepts a walk-in and begins working on him instead! Very unorganized, and over schedules each time! 2) I suffer from a medical skin condition which was discussed at a previous visit, and Nana had the audacity to ask another client (that was also waiting a long time past her appointment time) to walk over and check it out! Extremely rude…as my privacy was severely violated and will not be returning! 3) Was continuously badgered for over 30 minutes after the fact as she didn’t understand why I seemed annoyed…..it took 5 HOURS out of my day to get ONLY 2 rows retouched. Ridiculous. Nana told me at the last visit “we need you, more than you need us” that wasn’t evident by any means by the low quality customer service displayed at any of my previous 4 visits.I would NOT recommend!
