I got my hair done by Aubrey today and had a great experience! I went in for a balayage, which was also going to be a color correction from years of color at a different salon that has left my hair stained very orange (which can be very hard to correct and keep hair healthy in the process). She was great about explaining how hair goals often take a few sessions to achieve, especially when correcting previous color. She took the time to really work with my hair and kept trying different toners after we realized my hair was going to react weirdly to some formulas (again due to years of past coloring from a different salon), and she didn’t stop until we had gotten it to a nice neutral color that we were both happy with. She even took the time to consult some of the other stylists and get a second opinion in order to achieve the best results, which I thought was super professional of her and I was definitely impressed by. I think it turned out great today, and I’m looking forward to our next appointment so we can continue towards my ultimate hair goals! Thanks again for working with me and my difficult hair today, Aubrey!
