Not only is Renee a competent and experienced therapeutic massage practitioner, she is exceptionally skilled at using the intuitive process to assist with the release of trapped emotional energies/memories stored in the body as a result of traumatic events. There are a lot of misconceptions about energy work and emotional release. Renee is also very good at communicating what she does and setting her clients at ease. Initial massage was more than what I had expected cost wise but well worth it considering all she included. Renee is not only an excellent massage therapist, she is also very good at helping her clients finding the root causes of pain so they can be healed, instead of having clients coming week after week for the same thing with temporary relief. I have experienced all of these modalities many times in the last few years. When you come see her for a visit her only thoughts are about your energy and how she can best guide you to help your body heal itself. She spends her first 15 minutes before your massage time starts to ask questions and educate you on her procedure. If you choose she will speak during the massage and guide you with what she is feeling and if you need a release she talks you through it. If you get emotional as I know I’m not the only one who probably has, she allows you the respect and time to release. When your session is over she’s always exains to me what I can do to continue my progress. Makes sure I take a hot bath for my muscles and to drink plenty of water. I have come several times for ER and she always allows the reiki to flow through her. I feel very relaxed and know I am in good hands.
