I thoroughly enjoyed my 90-minute massage. The masseuse was articulate, intelligent, and very good. The chill room was very nice and relaxing. It would be nice however to have a steam room for the men as well. They advertise it but it’s in the ladies changing room. Unfortunate

Got in for a deep tissue massage with Amanda. It was amazing her attention to detail and pressure points made my massage 5 star! You will or be disappointed by this massage therapist. On my recommendation is to have a heated table. I will be returning for sure.

Namaste is a wonderful place! I take Yoga and Barre there and have had pretty much every body/facial service! When I came back to Yoga after a several years hiatus, I loved that they had a New to Yoga series to get me reacquainted with all of the basics and now I feel comfortable in the more advanced classes! It’s so comfortable and welcoming, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I’ve never had a massage or facial that wasn’t amazing! And I’ve never left feeling anything but relaxed, rejuvenated, and refreshed. It’s my home away from home 🙂

Yesterday I got my very first professional facial (not just one I peel out of a package) Victoria did it and it was amazing. I was so relaxed when I left that it felt like my body had a full massage. She was very friendly. She was also very gentle, I let her know about the goose egg bump I had on my forehead and she didn’t even hit it once on accident. Her hands were soft and she used more natural products on my face because I have sensitive skin. I will definitely come back!
