I made appointment online 2 weeks prior my scheduled appointment, paid with my credit card for the service before even getting the service apparently this is the business practice which I’ve never experienced but I went ahead & paid. The day of my appointment I called was prompted on the answering machine to text so I texted several times to confirm my appointment around 9am but no one responded until I was on the road to my appointment I received a text saying my appointment was cancelled because I didn’t respond to a unknown number asking for my credit card a few days before. I don’t know who in their right mind would give out a credit card info to a unknown number after already booking & paying for a service online. It was my birthday weekend I was so exited to get my hair done but I was canceled last second. No one called to apologize I have never been treated so unprofessionally by a hat salon I hope the stylist is aware of whoever is hanging his appointments. Very bad business practice this is not the way to be running a legit business so disappointed!!!

Nam always does an incredible job on my curly hair. He dry-cuts to make sure the shape is right, colors my hair perfectly, and taught me how to style my curls successfully myself. His new shop is comfortable and well-appointed. Can’t recommend him enough.

Nam is the best colorist I’ve ever had, and I’ve lived in both Boston and New York and been to really high end hair stylists. I’ve followed him through multiple different salons and now to his private practice. My husband has now been seeing him for years also, and my best friend came down from CT to get her hair done by him and now wants to make it a regular thing because he did such an amazing job on her color. I can’t recommend him enough.

Three years with Nam and I refuse to go anywhere else, no matter how long I have to wait for an appointment!! He’s talented, respectful, so sweet, and fun to talk to. I tell him maybe two sentences on what I want and trust him to do the rest (and I’m a picky b).

Needed to reschedule for a later time today. Called three times during business hours and got no response. Drove there in person because I did NOT want to get charged for cancelling just wanted to reschedule. Was told there was no availabilty and then he had the nerve to quote his 24 hour cancellation policy. He assured the card would not be charged. He acted completely nonchalant. If you have a business you need to communicate better than this.

I have finally found my new hair salon! I got a haircut with Nam and he did a great job fixing a haircut I had from another salon. Nam is so fun to talk to and really seems to treat his staff well, which is something I pay attention to. His assistant Naomi was so sweet and helpful. She showed me how to style my bangs correctly and was super sweet and welcoming.
