Naked Nail & Lash Lounge

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueRecently, we came to this Nail Salon, looking to get a pedicure and a manicure for a special occasion. The same day we arrived to this nail salon, we booked an appointment 15 minutes prior to arriving with the hopes that they’d be able to squeeze our party in before closing time. When we arrived, we were greeted by one of the staff members and asked to wash our hands then have a seat at the pedicure chair. The second our party sat down was the second things went south. There were only 3 staffers on duty and two of us- As I began to receive my pedicure, I noticed things were being rushed, the woman (Olivia) Did not apply any cuticle softener, or appropriate lotions, so everything was being operated solely on the moisture of water and soap. I noticed this immediately, Since my current occupation is in cosmetology, I was aware of what was going on; when I pointed this out, I was only met with frustration and dismissiveness from Olivia. She rushed to finish my pedicure, and still refused to put and form of moisture on my feet and told me it’d be an extra step, that was pretty much unnecessary (when it really isn’t, cuticle softener prevents hangnails and cracks). Our total came out to $115 and we still paid despite having a poor experience. When we were being rang up, we asked for Olivia, and she became extremely defensive when we were speaking to her, she cut us off mid sentence, and said passive aggressive remarks when speaking. Recently, we came to this Nail Salon, looking to get a pedicure and a manicure for a special occasion. The same day we arrived to this nail salon, we booked an appointment 15 minutes prior to arriving with the hopes that they’d be able to squeeze our party in before closing time. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueOnly ones I trust with my nails. They come out better than I expect every time. LiLi and Olivia are the best! They take their time and really do love what they do. They have all the updated styles from GelX, to eyelashes, and my fav is dipping powder.
