The lady waa super nice and told me what I was getting into good and bad as well as asked if the wax was too hot and such. It didn’t take long as all. I was suggest that you take pain pills. The wax was a hard wax. She was very clean and never used the same stick twice. I will go back and she’s really affordable. I hope this helps good luck.
