Critical: PunctualityFirst time I had a pedicure &manicure. The tech talked me into dip rather than gel polish. He scrubbed my feet so hard, my foot started to bleed. I wasn’t a fan of the dip plus he didn’t use the color I wanted. I had an appointment but still waited an hour.i was in there for 3 hours. I didn’t complain because I just wanted to get out of there. Next time, I wanted gel instead of dip. Not only the gel peeled off but also my nails were peeling. Finger tips were painful. They told me one price & then charged another. 3rd time Since my nails peeled, I just wanted a manicure,. Most of the polish was off but for a couple of nails. They charged me an extra $10 to remove the polish on 2 nails. I won’t be going back there. There’s too much competition with nail salons. First time I had a pedicure &manicure. The tech talked me into dip rather than gel polish. He scrubbed my feet so hard, my foot started to bleed. Positive: Professionalism, QualityI love going to this salon. I never walk in always appointment because they are always busy. They are welcoming and make me feel good when leaving there. They stay open until the last customer is complete. Even during the pandemic and being short staff at a small moment they still took care of there clients. They make me feel like family when I go there. I recommend to anyone. I love going to this salon. I never walk in always appointment because they are always busy. They are welcoming and make me feel good when leaving there. They stay open until the last customer is complete. Even during the pandemic and being short staff at a small moment they still took care of there clients.
