Critical: QualityHIGHLY would NOT recommend. I had an important event to attend this past weekend & my normal nail lady was out so I took a chance & went to Diane’s. If I could leave no stars I would definitely. For one, before my nails were even started I showed a picture asking very specifically could they do the EXACT shape & length. I was told yes they could. I gave them a picture & the nail tech did what she wanted & not what I asked for. Length & shape left me very disappointed. Not to mention this set was done Saturday, it’s Thursday & there’s already a crack going straight across my pinky nail(no I did not hit it or anything) Every nail on my 10 fingers are a different shape, & the length I asked for was filed down after the powder was applied & dried. I’m use to perfection when it comes to my acrylics but was pressed for time. Also I noticed before she even applied the powder to my nails that my thumb was crooked & I told her to take it off & do it over, she assures me she can fix it only for it to remain visibly crooked on my finger. They were doing 10% off so I decided to bring my daughter in after me to get hers painted. Supposedly shellac was used on my baby’s nails but the polish on both of her index fingers came off the VERY NEXT DAY. And soon after day by day within less than a week the rest came off as well. So that tells me it wasn’t shellac used but it’s what I was charged for. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS SHOP.Services: Acrylic nails, Dip powder, Gel manicuresHIGHLY would NOT recommend.
